Suggest Treatment For Utricaria

i am suffering from utricaria since 2 years. i have been using antihistaminics. i used allegra but it has become less effective now.now am using hydroxyzine for which i get relief from utricaria for 2 days. am tired of using antihistaminics. what can i do ?

i have rashes all over if i dont use a tablet
