Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding After Failure In Removing Copper-T

my wife admitted for copper t removal, junior Dr tried but no luck thread was broke from copper T, then high bleeding started, next day senior Dr tried with scan, Dr said I can hold the cooper t but could not its coming out then Dr suggest us for Camera operating method(hysteroscopy method). And they suggested one hospital. but they recommending other hospital still 6 days bleeding.. that too 1 day high and next day drops.... its repeating high and drop.... now my wife very sick. Is there any big problem going to happen?
