Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding After Sex Without Penetration

I'm 22 and not a virgin but I got fingered the other night and bled VERY heavily (to the point where his hand was covered in my blood) during and still after. I thought it stopped today, though the pain is persistant, but I contracted down there when I was urinating and blood dripped from my vagina. What do I do?
