Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding After Treating Overdose Of Paracetamol And Ibuprofen

I took an overdose on paracetamol and ibroprofen and I was in hospital on 3 drip bags I was in for 2 nights then I came out the next day I started bleeding from the vagina, its lasted 8 days I stopped bleeding on the 6 day but I keep having little spots of blood I also had ad stomach cramps and bad lower back i struggled to walk..can u help?
