Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding,cramps And Diarrhea

hello doctors, well am 22 years old and im 126lbs. well im comming to u guys via internet because i dont have any health insurance and im having abnormal bleeding. i have been spotting (the size of a soda cap) randomly once a day and it ranges in colors its light pink to dark red and i have been having crampy pains /sharp pains, i am really nauseated and i feel light headed at times and a bit more sleeier than usual and i have had alot diarrhea so what should i do go to the er i have no insurance
