Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection Caused By Haemophilus Vaginalis

my smear test result were "cervical smear shows massive haemophilus vaginalis infestation throughout the smear with mild only inflammation"could you please explain how this bacteria is caught, what are th treatments, how serous it is and how long after treatment can it be cured or can it stay in you and come back? many thanks
