Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection Leading To Burning Sensation And Discolouration

Doctor, My girlfriend here is having vaginal infection for past 2 years, with this I mean the infection has never gone and has been there all the time. She saw gynecologists several times but it seems to be of no help. Her vaginal walls have got brownish and it burns. She is using lobate gel and episoft cream as suggested by her gyno. She also uses vwash to wash her vagina regularly. Also, we got intimate on 14th Feb. Though we didn t have sex there were chances of precum in her vagina so she took ipill. She is a virgin and it was her first time with contraceptive. On 23rd Feb she got her periods and as on 8th March it still continues. The flow is still heavy with a lot of pain. She also says when she needs to pee but tries to control, there is extreme pain in uterus area. Please help her and me out this. Thanks.
