Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching Along With Pimples Around It

I have been suffering from severe vaginal itching, no discharge and no pain in urination. I tried over the counter vagisil but it doesn t help. I noticed that there are 4-5 growths like pimples around my vaginal area and they itch badly. What should I do? I am miserable and will be scheduling an appointment with my OBGyn soon. But I need temporarily relief right now. Please help.
