Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching And Chest Infection

Hi, I have been experiencing a very itchy vagina with a brown discharge for the last week. I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend more than once. I am also on antibiotics for a chest infection and have had thrush in the past. Any ideas what this could be?
