Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching Due To Scabies.

hi im shanta from bangladesh,noakhali.im suffering vaginal infection since twenty days. symptom is scabies inside and outside.i have taken loratidine and amoxycillin 10days but no result, now im using also loratidine and cefuroxime axitel 250mg twice daily since friday. but result the same,scabies is main problem.can i use any cream?or what can i do now?i have runing six month pregnancy .my height is 5feet.my age is 19yrs.6month.weigth 52kg.
