Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching During Pregnancy

Hello I m currently 38 weeks pregnant and I have had small white pimple looking things in my pubic area they have been there for a while they don t itch and aren t painful. Also I have vaginal itching but I had it before I was even pregnant I am not sure what this can be.
