Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

Hello..Doctor..i am 22 year old unmarried woman. i have unbearable vaginal itching. There is no burning sensation.its just the itching. It occurred a month ago and now again. i was earlier prescribed some kit and onabet cream for topical application. After few days it subsided. It is now back again and the doctor prescribed lactogut and zocan tablets and candid cl gel. Im worried a lot about it. Is there a solution for it? Does it keep occurring every month? Any suggestions on hygenic part?
