Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Yeast Infection

I have a yeast infection, and lastnight I did a obe time treatment of monistat that I inserted into the vagina. This morning I awoke very swollen down therw. All day I have been putting ice packs on it, and taking ibu prophen. The swelling isnt going away. What should I do?
