Suggest Treatment For Varicocele In Left Testicle And Pain In Right Testicle

I have varicocele in left testicle but pain in right testicle when lifting weights. I am very interested in bodybuilding and want to join the gym and do heavy weight exercises ASAP. I have this problem since last 8 years. Is there any solution or any painkiller while doing the exercises? You re help will be appreciated. Thank You.
