Suggest Treatment For Variocele Infection With Painful Penis

hi doctor, my age is 24m, suffering with varicocele. i have pain in testicles and right above the penis near to bladder. i have contacted the doctor and there is no use. now i observed that right penis is bigger than left one. still now i did not got relief from the pain at right above penis near to bladder. can you please help me?
