Suggest Treatment For Vascular Necrosis Of The Hip

I have a vascular necrosis of the left hip which has advanced to the point of needing surgery.However,my left from the knee down has developed a muscle lock if you will.Where I I cannot extend my left leg to the ground,it pains me to try the muscles tighten and will not allow it.
