Suggest Treatment For Vericocele On Testicle And Penis

Hi I am manu age 26 I have varicocele on my left testicles,after ut evaluation it found left testicle was affected varicose of grade 3 and doctor suggested me to daflon 500 mg but after the dosage in pennies also appeared to much varicocele.i am totally worried of this disease I have no idea what do?doctor suggested me to wear the underwear regularly...Plz help me...
