Suggest Treatment For Vertigo Along With Panic Attacks

I experience off balance episodes and have been told I have vertigo. I currently take .5 MG of clonazepam every day which doesn'the seem to be helping each day. I experience the off balancing mostly when I drive and sometimes cause panic attacks. Do you have any natural remedies that could be tried or have any other suggestions/ solutions?
