Suggest Treatment For Vertigo With Dizziness

I think I have inner ear or vertigo but all the doctors I've been to don't really check me I'm only 20 and I'm freaking out I'm dizzy all the time it started about a week ago the first day I was really dizzy and could not walk and I was vomiting a little its been 8 days and I thought I slacked off last night and just a few moments ago it started back I just want an answer cause all the other doctors didn't even check my ear they just sent me home and charged me 300 dollars and didn't do anything so please help me
