Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

My wife had vertigo three months back, she is of 40 years now. She has spondyliosys which was detected a year back.
Since last 10 days, she is experiancing dizziness in her head and it sometimes spins (not the way it does in Vertigo).
Family doctors say it may be due to spondyliosis attack or due to synus. Please suggest a remedy.
