Suggest Treatment For Vibrations In Ear While Speaking

i get cough accumilation every morning have to remove it by thourough washing and with in two hours its back,i feel pricky pain in internel end of right nostril towards the opening of mouth behind epiglotis like that which happens before cold but this has been happening continuously for 2.5 yrs and if i dont clean up my nostrils with cough then after 2 or 3 hours my right ear vibrates like any distorted speaker when i speak.and this may continue for hours or even a day.oftenly i can hear properly to what i say .note i can clerly listen others voice or sound.the ear vibrates only when i speak.Is there any way out.please help
