Suggest Treatment For Viral Infection , Dehydration And Anemia

my son has been sick for 3 months first they told him he had gardia they treated him with antibiotics. then he got some viral infection was in the er for anemia, high blood pressure, dehydration. then he came down with strep took antibiotics. he just had a ct scan they found enlarged liver and spleen. 5 yrs ago he had a bone marrow done his count is boaderline for CML. he is very sick has not ate for 36 or more hours has diareha, dry cough they say they cant do anything till he has anoter bone marrow in a few weeks
