Suggest Treatment For Viral Laryngitis And Pain

I had viral laryngitis around 3 weeks ago with a lot of pain in my throat and ears,plus very bad cough. Virus has now gone ,however I get intermittent pain which feels like its in the eustacian tube the bit that joins to my throat. I still have a dry cough and get an intermittent dry sore throat on the same side right in the corner where the ear joins to the throat. Kinda hard to explain it really.
