Suggest Treatment For Vitamin B12 Deficiency And Damaged Cells In Inner Ear

hi I am 29 year old I am suffering with vertigo problem since 2 month I went to neurologist whi prescribed me some test and said that cells in the inner ear are damaged and there is a deficiency of vitamin b12 also he recommend me b12 injections and medicine stugeron and navidoxin and flux also but I am not getting recover as much what you recommend me?
