Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo And Urinary Tract Infection

my daughter, 21 years old, lives in Nova Scotia, has all her health files from B.C. She has vitiligo on 85% of her body but is upbeat and happy for most of the time. She also had at the age of 2 mycobacterium avium intercellulare ....NOW ...she urinary tract problems ...ugg so my question is ...Is there a specialist in Halifax that deals mainly with autoimmune disorders.
I realize she will need a GP for a referral ...just want to get ahead of things and not have to bring her home to BC to be looked at...thanks for your concern and answers
