Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo On Neck, Shoulder And Upper Arm

Hello Doc. .. my daughter is suffering from vitiligo since 2009 on her neck , shoulder and the top side of her arm .. we tried many treatment such as prtopic, oxsoralen and it did reduce, but she is now 19 years old and she is always sad and nervous because it heals so slow .. what can we do? she is my only daughter .. Thanks alot
