Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo Patches With White Hair

hello doctor , i am suffering from vitiligo from 6 months , for intial 3 months , they started to increase, then they started to decrease slowly with a small red dot which increase and cover the skin , i prescribed by the doctor to use melanocyl ointment ,i used it i saw sudden change in 2 days , spots became red and the skin of those spots fell like paint from the walls after some years , and again the white spots are appeared , i also have white beard , white eyebrow, and many white hairs, i have four spots on left side of my face, do i contiue the treatment without using melanocyl ointment , i am using flutivate , tacroz ointment .., melagin sol , what would u suggest, is my white beard is curable ? i m very worried
