Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

I am having vitiligo for the past 3 years . First I tried allopathi but it created some side effects. Then I changed to homeopathic treatment but it spread vastly in one year.now I again start allopathi with betnesol. Can it works? Please give me proper guidance.
