Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

hello iam suffering from vitiligo,first a small a amall white patch appear on fingure later ii disappear by appling clobestol cream ,later again it start appearing again by splitting . a few more patches appear on my face , back ,hand... iam very much nervous about the spreading of white patches please help me how can we stop the spreading of white patchesh on skin
