Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

i am kavitha.i am suffering from vitiligo(white patches in back hip).i got the treatment uv rays for 3months.no improvemment.shift to homeopathy treatment last 3months.no improvement.white patches is curable r not?if i take laser treatment most of all suggestions are "again will appear in same place" .how i take decision?
