Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

I am suffering from vitiligo- some 10 small (1 patch not more than 2*2 cm. Size) patches on hands, feet and waist. Right now i am following the medications as under Melgain lotion at night. Morning sun exposure fro min. 10 min. Discaris tab on sat and Sunday each at night Tab pigmento 3 tabs every alternate day Tenovate cream every alternate day Apart from these am also taking excimer laser treatment from new look laser clinic ( once in a week). Iam i going in the right direction. The patches on feet and waist are about 10 yrs. Older while rest are 4-5 mnths old. I have been in medication under diff. Doctors past 10 yrs. Pls. Guide me...
