Suggest Treatment For Vitilligo

Hi, i am a female age 47yrs. I am having vitiligo since 2004. I did try both modern cream and ayer vedic from India too. But recently it get worse and spreding very fast. I am very worried as i am still working in offie. This might jeoparidise my work too in future. Pls. help me.
