Suggest Treatment For Vitreaous Detachment And Floaters In Eyes Post Cataract

About 2-months after cataract replacements, each eye done 1-month apart, I developed vitreous detachment in both eyes. Surgery was done over a year ago. I have signifiant floaters, and sometimes it seems that one eye is covered with a veil. It will clear, then later in the day it occurs in the other eye. In general, I believe my vision is deteriorating. What should be my course of action?
