Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Abdominal Pain With Bloating

Hello I had what I assumed was a stomac virus on saterday. I suddenly was vomiting and Dyaria vilolety in the am and it continued for most of the day. It got so viloant at one point it hurts to laugh right now from musle starin. my temp on sat was 102.8 on sun 100.4 Monday I stayed home had a normal tempeture but was still having difficulty eating. little apitiat and boating and gass pains in upper adamen. this moring the bolaitn and gass went away I feal much better still some discomfomert sometimes but no pain. I had no issue going to work but leaving work half way to the car I started shaking really bad from the cold. and I felt the heat just sucked out of me. it was 18 and windy. I stopped the shakeing by using my heated seats. After deciding I seemed okay to dive home I drove home and ran inside I took a chill from this and cheacked my temputure it was 97.1 and I filt chilled. After 10 min under the blankets I was back up to 98.4. Could this be from the stress of the flu, or should I be more worried? I have only eaten to ramen and 3 cups of jello since saterday. I have not yet had a major dowel movment but I am farting. Ihave gone to and from work in much colder weather wearing the same clothing and not had this kind of reaction to the cold. please advise and sorry for my horrible grammer and spelling.
