Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhea

My wife and I had pizza for dinner; 2 separate pizzas but basically the same ingredients. I m fine but she started vomiting and has had diarhrea for the past hour. Her temp is 95.9 and she says she is freezing. I feel fine. She may have the flu. Any suggestions? Thank you.
