Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Headache While Having Elevated High BP

My husband has been throwing up for the last 2 days not today and cannot get rid of his headache. I checked his blood pressure it was 187 over 111 sitting up in the bathroom and I just checked it 30 minutes later while his laying in bed and its 156 over 92. I cannot get him to go to the hospital. not sure what to do if its that bad.
