Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

Yesterday, I had an episode of stomach flu . Diarhea every hour for 8 hours, and vomiting in between. Still have lower stomach cramping today and am passing a bit of fresh blood when on the toilet. No history of blood in stool or chronic illness. I do take an aspirin every day and had taken 4 ibuprofen on Saturday before it all started. I haven t had any bowel movements for about 22 hours. It seems like a tiny blood clot comes out as gas when I m using the toilet
