Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating, Weakness And Fainting

I have had vomiting watery diarrhea chills sweating weak fainting over the past 5 days. Now I still have watery diarrhea and still not very hungry and when I do eat after a few bits I'm full and nauseated and still tired easily. Is this the last of food poisoning and is there any thing to take besides imodium it is not working.
