Suggest Treatment For Vomiting In A Lactose Intolerant Infant

my infant grandson has been throwing up his formula ever since he has been born. they have tried all the different formulas and now have hm on a perscription formula he is still throwing up they said he has a milk andsoy protein intolerance and today they said he has acid reflex also the only thing he seems to be able to tolerate is evaporated milk diluted with water and karo syrup and the doctor says this will kill him. I am very concerned about him should I be looking in another direction
