Suggest Treatment For Vomiting In Infant

My son (one year old) has thrown up twice today. This is the first time since spitting up as a baby that he s gotten sick. He does not have a fever, has no diarrhea, and is otherwise acting fine. Nothing has changed in his diet recently either. What could be causing the vomiting?
