Suggest Treatment For Vomiting,sore Throat,headache

hi there, over the weekend i had constant vomitting as a result of something i had eaten. after two days i began to notice i was catching a cold. it has been three days and it has escaladed into a congested nose, extremly sore throat and chest, frequent headaches, ear aches, weak body, and difficulty in breathing. I have tried cold and sinus medications but thy dont seem to be helping. Everytime i cough my whole body aches. What couldi have?
