Suggest Treatment For Vulvodynia

I have been suffering from vulvodynia for over a year now, have taken various medications and recently had also botox injections but nothing helps, for some time now I have noticed that on one side the skin around my vagina and inner lip is streching and starting to hang out of my vagina. I am very concerned, please help.
