Suggest Treatment For Wart Like Skin Growths On Feet And Thighs

i have a type of skin growth. They are light brown in colour and some are big and lose, others may still be growing i don't know, but they are mounded and look sort of wartish. These flatter are ones are predominantly on my feet whereas the other longer ones are between my thighs and under my arms.
