Suggest Treatment For Watery Mucus Discharge From The Nose

Hi, I am 21 years old, have been coughing up very thick mucus for a few months, have now had a headache in the same place for 5 days straight and pain relief barely helps and now everytime I stand up or tilt my head up a watery liquid is coming out my nose. Should I see a doctor?
