Suggest Treatment For Wax Clog In Ear

Can barely hear anything out of my left ear after attempting to clean it with Debrox and a q-tip...I think some wax got dislodged and pushed up against the eardrum, the ear has a "full" feeling. It doesn't hurt but has been this way for 1 1/2 days now even after multiple flushings with warm water. Should I go in to see my doctor about it?
