Suggest Treatment For Weakness And Cough Despite Having Ranidom And Droxyl

I had throat infection with fever last week. I had medicine tab. Ranidorm RD, tab. Droxyl, tab Trustycold and syrup Lentica DX. 80% recovered in just 4 days but for last 5 days not recovering rest 20%. Not taking any medicine from 5 days. Now having weaknesa with little couf and throat pain. Plz suggest me.
