192 over 91. I am 43 a male 6 tall and weigh 273. I have just recently put on 25 pounds. I have a 38-40 inch waist. The least I have weighed in the last 5 years is 230 and that makes me pretty solid. I am concerned with blood pressure etc. A little dizzy and sleep alot
