Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss Post Novasure Procedure

I had novasure procedure done in October... I cannot quit gaining weight... I workout with a balance of cardio and weight training at least 1 and half hours a day 4 days a week... my mid-section will not go down.. and the scale will not budge... I actually feel bloated all the time...
