Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Bronchial Cold

i have been wheezing for months. sometimes i use a ventolin hand spray a nd sometimes i take a spoonful of aeroflux liquid. i am not a chronic wheezing patient but lately i find my wheezing is acting up . most times i try to avoid medicine and use natural home remedies. can u tell me if there are any side effects of these drugs an how can i reduce wheezing and bronchial cold.
