Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Lump On Chest In Child

My 9 year old daughter was given an inhaler on thanksgiving due to wheezing in both lower lobes (I thought she had a cough) she is still occasionally wheezing (due to the cough sound) but not in any pain. I noticed last night that she has a strange lump or something on her chest - it s hard, almost like bone or something, not soft at all - must be pretty new, because I have not noticed it before and it s visable with the eye and can be seen from the side as well. I tried calling the doctor today to her her in, but they were closed. Can it wait until an appointment or should I try and get her in to an urgent care?
